    The thoughts behind the design? Well, this is only my personal experience, but I guess the thoughts went something like this:

    "Hey! We need a website. But it costs too much!" - "No problem, boss. My nephew just finished this Internet course. (S)he can do Flash now, that's what they all use. With stuff moving, you know." - "Great. Let him/her do it. If (s)he does it for free."
