    Gosh, well thanks to everyone who posted such kind comments on the day, and also to all the people who emailed; it's certainly the most "Happy Birthday's" I've ever received (from so many parts of the World), and they're all much appreciated :o)

    To wrap up:
    [1] Yes, I do look like my Mum. I look nothing like my Dad.
    [2] Yes, it does look like they misspelt my name in the paper. Not a lot has changed there, I remember being introduced to a new teacher at Primary School who replied, "What? Your name is 'Dustbin'?"
    [3] I have great plans to start doing press-ups again. I'm just finding it hard to move from the planning, to the doing.
    [4] I spent most of my birthday working, but broke that up with three lovely meals my mother prepared.
